The tutors are good but the business practice is a scam. You buy hours in blocks on the website, even though you want to do only 2 times a month, the minimun you can buy is 4, and if you don’t use it in 28 days, you lose the money, and you can only apply it to that tutor.When you contact the customer service, even thought it is a person, it gives you always the same answer “I cannot help you, this is how it work”. Would you be prefer to loose one student (and many recomendation) due your lack of flexibility? “This is not my decision, it is how the site works”… so basically, you will loose a student due your limited custumer service view.
