Upon purchasing one of their prepaid credit cards, I was prompted to open an account to redeem the card. The process seemed straightforward, but soon after, my account was inexplicably blocked. I made numerous attempts to contact their customer support to resolve the issue, but each interaction was more frustrating than the last.Not only did they request information that I had not initially provided (nor felt comfortable providing), but their responses were consistently unhelpful and repetitive. I found myself caught in a loop, with customer service asking for the same information week after week, despite my continued attempts to clarify the situation.It’s clear to me now that this company is more interested in extracting money from its customers than in providing a legitimate and convenient service. The lack of transparency and the hoops they made me jump through have left me feeling completely scammed.I strongly advise anyone considering using this company’s services to think twice. There are plenty of other prepaid credit card providers out there that offer transparent and reliable services. Learn from my mistake and steer clear of this company. Their tactics are deceptive, and their customer service is both inept and unresponsive. Consider this a red flag and take your business elsewhere.
