Functionally unusable – I don’t think this is actually a scam, I think they think they are providing a usable service, however:You cannot use the prepaid card with an additional payment service such as PayPal, so you have to process it straight up as a credit card. Okay, fine, whatever BUT it’s set to automatically decline anything it interprets as a recurring transaction – gives decline reason “Declined due to Block Recurring/Installment Txn logic”, and having contacted customer service they confirm that this is the reason. The trouble is, what it determines to be a recurring transaction appears to be any transaction which runs a card validation before processing the payment. Spoiler warning: this is basically any transaction you attempt online using a new card, therefore, it is essentially impossible to make a payment with this card.My prepaid card still has 11 months before it expires, so I will continue to try it when I need to complete an online purchase. If I am able to use it successfully, I will come back to update this review.ETA: Shortly after writing this review, I was able to complete a transaction with this card with the cycling website Wiggle. This was not an essential purchase, but it at least allowed me to use the funds on the card, ensuring it was not a complete bust. I will be careful to avoid in future, but can confirm there are sites which will accept payment using it
