Put in for a rebate for some appliances. Once approved I opted for the physical card to be sent. The email said it was approved on March 14th and sent on March 16th and to allow 10 business days to receive it. After 10 business days I was told to just keep waiting. I was spoken to very rudely by a guy named Aaron. When I asked for any other identifiers other than his first name he wouldn’t give any. I was not allowed to speak with a supervisor. Today April 4th I spoke to another person who very quickly reissued the card and again said wait 10 business days. If I don’t receive it I will be contacting the attorney generals office and reporting them for fraud.
