I have been waiting for an order to be filled for what seems like an eternity, and every time I reach out to them, all I receive in response is yet another automated email that includes the common phrase that it will be another 6 – 8 weeks. This pattern has continued for an unreasonable length of time, and I am beyond frustrated with their lack of communication and poor service.It is evident that this company has no intention of delivering on their promises, and their constant delays and excuses are unacceptable. I urge everyone to stay away from this fraudulent company at all costs, as they are nothing more than a group of crooks preying on unsuspecting customers.I would have been willing to give them the benefit of the doubt if they had shown any genuine effort to resolve the issue or provide me with a satisfactory response.
