I’m feeling like I’m being hoodwinked here; sure you can deposit your money but if you win don’t expect it to be easy getting it from them. I believe I’m not an unintelligent person but it’s been terrible trying to understand what I’m doing ‘wrong’ in this withdrawal process. I chat bot, I email, they reply, but have no real assistance other than saying your account isn’t on hold or restricted and you should be able to withdraw. ‘Send a video’ is the latest and now I’m concerned they will see my log in details of my bank which I don’t think is safe. No matter what I do, or the account I “verify” they won’t let me enter a single character into the withdraw screen. Reading these reviews and others online is really making me concerned here. I just want my money and if this is some scam how is it legal in Ontario to do this to someone?
