ETA after the response from Play Ojo: I emailed you 5 days ago with a screenshot as proof which you have completely ignored. You are asking me questions in the chat which could be proved with the screenshot you refuse to look at. This was 5 days after the bonus was won. Also, why are you sooo much quicker responding to reviews than you are at responding via Live chat or email?Further to this, if the game states I have won a bonus which will be applied within 72hrs, I shouldn’t need to jump through all these hoops to prove it. Thankfully I did take a screenshot of the 2nd bonus win as we can’t trust you to pay out bonuses!Used to love PlayOjo and thought they were trustworthy! Never won much but I played for fun really so that wasn’t an issue. Since found out they are scammers who don’t pay out bonus winnings, however and completely ignore you when you send screenshots as proof!
