I gave them a whirl the beginning of January, went to withdraw my £15 winnings. They wanted soooo much personal information to verify me, pay slips, bank statements. After 3 nearly 4 weeks still waiting for my withdrawal. I have been blocked on fb messager and theybare ghosting my emails so have no way of contacting them. Total waste of space and no customer service. Honestly feel like my personal information and documents I’ve sent are free for anyone and feel totally scammed.
