DO NOT use this company! FRAUDULENT! After months waiting for my refund from my account closure, they are still “stalling”. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Plastk never responded to the BBB’s request for reply. After never having received an actual card I closed the account and still have not received my refund of $2300. I have sent multiple emails over months, and received the same responses and replies every time … there’s a backlog of refunds at the moment, or “your refund request is at the top of the priority queue”, “please be patient it will be issued soon”, repeatedly from different CSR’s. I have followed their rules outlined in the contract…and they have not! After the 60 day waiting period refunds are to be issued the same way they were deposited. This business should be investigated after reading all of the exact same negative reviews online on several websites. All regarding refund issues! Clearly no one ever gets their money back.
