Submitted my forms Nov. 4 at the Dublin airport, everything was duly filled out. 4 months later and I had received no refund, nor communication, so I sent an enquiry via the Planet website and received an auto-response on March 4 that they would aim to have a response to me within 3 working days. It’s 2 days shy of a month and still nothing! I’m of the opinion this is a scam and if I don’t hear from you, I will at the very least contact the companies that gave me the forms and let them know about my experience.
