It’s been 2 months since I submitted my tax refund form. I have track it from planet website and they said there is no tax refund form with my number. I have emailed the several times, only automated reply and no feedback so whatever. Really bad services. are they stealing our tax refund money ? I’ve seen many people experience it here from this wesbsite. This company might as well get sued and shut down, since they are taking what’s rightfully ours. I’m from Indonesia, and many shoppers including me haven’t receive our tax refund. Please do not shop on the listed of planet tax free, they are fraud, scam, taking our money.
