This ‘business’ is a SCAM. Do not use it if you don’t want to lose your money. I shipped items using their services and the simply lost them. The tracking is stuck in the same place for the past two months. When I complained, their response was that I was out of luck since I did not buy insurance. My hard earned money spent for the purchase of the items, the use of the items and the exorbitant shipping charged by Planet Express were all lost.
