Having the same issue as others. I have been using the for 10 years, they locked me out of my account after joining Ontario saying I’m not in Ontario. After I asked them to close my account and deposit funds into my account they went completely silent and now are not emailing any updates. They are exactly what others are saying – scammers. They will keep your money once you try to take it out. Don’t use them!
