So bad. because you can get scammed and no Paxful live chat is available only bots. The support email never gets responded to in time. Vendors are permitted to write reviews on customers so even if you raise a complaint on a vendor that has scammed you will come back and write anything bad they want to ran away with their evil. I got scammed of over $500 in a transaction by a Kenyan guy using the name “BonyBandfish343”. The guy started mocking me after stealing my money and no customer support came to my rescue. The thief’s account has remained active since and he obviously is busy stealing from other people without chastisement from Paxful management. I sent mobile money to the guy to deliver bitcoins to my account, but the vendor turned off his offers immediately after receiving the money and refused to pay. Soon he cashed out his bitcoins and also ran away with my money. He now has the audacity to insult me and says there is nothing I can do! Practically if I was close to him, I would kill him and it would be the irresponsible problem of Paxful!
