Further to my previous review.I contacted PerfectBody and registered my disappointment and asked for a refund. All I got was emails asking how I’m enjoying it.At this point I was angry. They give you a diet plan without telling you the exercise plan would cost the same again.They set up auto renewal without consultation. When you ask for a refund they procrastinate , then offer you 59%, then ask you to furnish proof their product was defective. Not easy when all they provided was a list of nuts and berries. Now I would like PerfectBody to make it absolutely clear in their advertisements that they apply an auto renew on your card without notifying you. I would also like them to make it clear that all you’re purchasing is a list of foods and ways to cook them, and that the exercise plans and any other additions come at an extra cost .I would also like to see a no argument cancellation period and full refunds offered.A complete , one cost diet/ exercise plan is essential. How would you feel if you ordered soup in a restaurant only to be informed that the bowl it comes in is an extra cost?
