After just one use (via the 7 day trial for $1.99), I concluded that the software was of a poor quality, and that it didn’t do what I needed.Being in a hurry, I got caught by the $49.99 per month scam a week later. Then reading other experiences here I didn’t have any hope of getting my money back. But then I went through their support email process to ask for a refund. They were very responsive and polite, but tried to offer me free lifetime license instead of a refund.I persisted, and promised an honest 3 star review HERE if they did the right thing. They acquiesced. They said to allow up to 14 days for the refund. It arrived back in my account within 2 days.Your mileage may vary. I still think it’s a dubious way to do business. I have learned my lesson.Hey, be careful out there!
