If I could give 0 stars I would. Like most people, I fell for the scam. I paid for the conversion of 1 document – $1.57AUD – then they kept charging me $70ish / month…. No response when I told them to cease. I have reported to my bank and Australian government fraud lines. Do not make the mistake I did.
