After using zilch for over a year and being a fan of it, I will now no longer be using it until my issue gets dealt with. I have been a victim of fraud, I made a payment in full for £264 to a company that I have just realised is a scam, I contacted zilch straight away and keep being told to contact the retailer for a refund. I can’t contact them as it’s a scam. I will now be with holding all my payments until you reverse the charge.
