I have just deleted my account. They have refunded a transaction that I only made last week to one I bought in February 2022. The card that I used back in Feb is now cancelled and my bank account closed down. They have told me to go into that bank and get the money back even tho it’s their fault for matching the refund to the wrong transaction. AppThe system does this to help with my payments?l! What nonsense. Now I’mBeing ignored on email – well I was told I would get a phone call but they emailed me . Disgraceful customer service ! I thinking refunding the wrong transaction is fraud?
