They withheld a payment to myself, without any reason, then tried to set up a direct debit without my consent or knowledge, luckily I check my bank account regularly, and was notified that they had done this I cancelled it instantly, and informed the bank that this company had done this. If it was a person they’d be charged with fraud. But a faceless company like this thinks it can do whatever. Wouldn’t surprise me if a cartel was running this. Avoid, abort, and do not trust.
