I’d give no stars, but it won’t let me. Someone charged my account about $800 dollars, it was fraudulent and unauthorized. They admitted it was, indeed, stating the charge was from an cryptic, undisclosed location; I immediately told them to cancel the transaction and CLOSE my account. I have never had the ability to log into the account. I have never purchased anything using PayPal. Every time I call customer service to close my account, no one answers.
