They are f…….. scammers !!! “We’ve completed our review of this case and decided in the buyer’s favor. ” , no explanation why, buyer tried to extort refund, I explained all and sent proofs, and that is paypal response. I delete my account now and I will be using Stripe only. I understand now why so little people use it my country for payments.
