If I could give a zero rate i would do so. Paypal tolerate scammers. I bought a product which cost $3 each but the seller advertised the products – buy 2 get one 3 for $36.00. When I contacted Paypal they are so useless that they did not fight for me to get the refund even though I was happy to send it to the sender. I sent emails on emails to Paypal which they refused all the times. I finally made a decision to close my account which I found I should do that earlier.
