I am completely disgusted by Paypal’s treatment of me. I had a subscription payment (£79) illegally taken thru PayPal by a scamming company (Brainety). I appealed for a refund, yet PayPal went with Brainety & authorised the payment. Yet there is no way to appeal against an unfair resolution. There is no evidence at all of authorisation for this rogue subscription, but PayPal sticks with this illegal company. I am going to stop using paypal & will in future just pay through my bank account, at least I can trust them to do what I authorise. Paypal has gone right downhill.
