I get along with anyone in the team from the first call, and I found a lot of empathy towards me as a client and as a person. My case manager Osnam regularly calls me and updates me about the development of my case, with full patience, professionality and friendliness. Thanks to the company I can hope of getting back my money as many clients already did, and overcame the cruelty of a romance scam, finding a real relationship and revealing to my boyfriend what happened. I saw myself as a victim, and not as someone guilty (and stupid…) anymore.
