After being scammed through the internet, hiring Payback LTD seemed counterintuitive. Could this be more of the same? Happily no. The organisation made a very realistic presentation of what they could do. Once hired they assigned a case manager, Jacob Falman. Jacob worked closely with me to assemble a claim, responding to each of my efforts with advice. Jacob knows the many avenues that can get results. The precedents for this case were beneficial to my claim and as I had no knowledge of them I benefitted in the experience of this organisation. This alone made me satisfied with their service.
