Here is a follow up to a review I wrote on the 17.02 against the company money back. In their replied they stated that my facts were inaccurate. Here are couple of questions for them. What facts specifically were inaccurate? Is it a lied that I am a client of theirs? Is it a lied that they kept changing my case managers after few months with motive to slow down my adrenaline from the scammed pressure I was facing then and killed down the process because each time there was a new case manager we have to go back to the beginning of the file. Is it also a lie that after a year and some months the case was then redirected to the investigation department? Which of these facts are lies and misleading because I have all the communications ready to proof my case. Money back, I repeat is a scam and they should stop playing around with words in a bit to defend the undefended.
