My case manager Eitan has been a great support for me in the process of collecting the evidence and sending the letters to the parts involved and I’m waiting for investigations to be finished. My experience is no doubt a five star once I’ve recovered the funds that I’ve lost which is a process that takes some time but I have faith that it’s possible.
