I placed an order for an ornament since November 15th and I have yet to receive it. I paid extra money for shipping security and tracking and when I try tracking it there is no information updated. I have spoken to two different agents, Violet and Tiffany and they each say different things. I’ve been sending more emails trying to contact them and no one bothers to talk to me. DO NOT BUY from this SCAMMING page. I’m sure the “good” reviews are probably fake.
