I ordered flowers for a funeral, their site said the were local florist in Killeen, Texas. The funeral was on 10 Nov., I specifically called them after ordering to make sure the flowers would be delivered on Wed the 9th., the day before. The request was in print and I was assured by the associate that the flowers would be delivered on Wed. NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED! I called the customer service number and they gave me an excuse that they were waiting for me to call them to approve a subsitution!? The associate I spoke with never mentioned a subsitution, I never got a call or an email. These people are scammers and I will be reporting them. Wish I had seen these reviews earlier, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
