Booked a 7kg parcel (weighed and measured as per their website) then got charged extra as DHL ‘auditors’ said the parcel weighed 12kgs!! Was also weighed on receipt and weighed 7kgs. Then Parcelcompare took the extra payment without my consent. Both companies should be sued for fraud.
