Fraud fraud fraud. This company needs reporting, fining and closing down. I paid for a piece of timber weighing 31kg to be delivered to another address in the uk. They then took another £400 from my account without telling me claiming the parcel was 50kg heavier than I stated. A month later they have taken another £300 for late charges. I’m not sure how this is possible as they took money out of my account immediately. Never use this company they are con artists
