I have just been scammed by this company. I used them to book DHL to post a parcel weighing 0.45kg to Australia from the UK, and paid £35. I thought it was a good service. A month later, this morning, I received an email from Parcelcompare saying my parcel, which contained a single photographic print, weighed 23kg and they have taken an additional £176 from my bank account without my permission! I am following this up with my bank and possibly with lawyers. Do not use this company.
