The same issue of other customers. SCAM COMPANY THEY STEAL YOU.They stole more money from my bank account without my consent saying my parcel had additional handling!!! I sent pictures as it was inside weight and measures. I asked what they mean, to send me photos themselves and they said my appeal was rejected without a chance to complain further. Then they never answered again to the 5 emails I have sent.Initially I paid £28 for a delivery that ended up costing more £50!!! Thieves. Rubbish company.
