I ordered some long sleeve shirts/sweaters and never received them even though the tracking number they gave said it was delivered. I have a PO BOX and I spoke to a postal worker about the package. They looked at the tracking number and said “This tracking number looks odd.” and that they’d never seen one like it. I contacted the company through email and they “apologized” and said they’d resend it but it would have a required signature to accept it. They sent me another tracking number and once again I never received a package from them when it read ‘delivered’ I also never signed for anything. This time when I emailed them they were rude and snippy and tried to blame me for it (wrong address, stolen, signed for it and already received, etc). I replied a not-so-nice reply and told them they were a fraudulent company and I would never recommend them to anyone. Even though I know my bank can’t do much (used debit) I still notified them so as to make them aware of this fraudulent company. They’re turning it over to the fraud department.
