Took money from account when placing bet but never confirmed the bet even though money came out of account it never showed as a bet or a deposit and the horse won 🤷♀️. Then had a fraud alert from my bank and had my bank account suspended.HSBC Bank went through a long security process of questions before releasing my account. Then when I placed another bet albeit only £5.00 this triggered another fraud alert and I had to do the same all over again. Bank strongly advised me against using this betting app.
