I was considering purchasing a Ox care plan for my daughter since she’s going off to college. She has a 2014 BMW 335i and are notorious for maintenance issues after 60k miles. After reading the reviews on here I’m deeply concerned and have extreme reservations. For a professional company to call their customers “liars” and “fraudsters” on a review board is highly concerning. After reading these reviews I do not think I will be purchasing a plan through them!
