It’s a scam. I registered and ordered two servers (my Track order no. 14678628 in this internal track system). Order passed next stages:Your payment is being validatedYour order is being processedYour order is being confirmedOrder declinedNobody sent me an email about this. Nobody return me the money I spent for these servers. Live chat on site does not work. Help center has no idea what to do in such cases. Nobody want to do anything. Typical scammers behaviour. I beg you to not order anything from OVH and in case you already a customer – find a machine in different place as there are others cheap VPS providers in the world who actually trying to help their customers and do not steal money from them.UPD24/01/2023: Yes, guys from OVH, you were heared. But it actually fix nothing. You didn’t propose any fix. You do not tried to fix the situation. I just ordered a service, had been written the review here and you went and said ‘yeah, man, you know, our anti-fraud blah said your payment is not okay for us’. It’s a pity cause the same credit card is completely okay for a lot of things I paid before – from new domain names to taxi services – without any problem ever. So maybe it’s your system which needs to be fixed and it’s you who needs to do barely something to avoid bad reviews here.
