OPODO fraudsters think it’s ok to refund half what they owe me and then ignore me …. Hence posting this again. LOOK AT THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS ITS CLEAR THRY HAVE ALL BEEN WRITTEN BY THE SAME PERSON – AT OPODO………!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY So OPODO have finally reacted by refunding me £196 which is £217 short of the actual amount they took. No explanation provided… as such the complaint is not settled and I demand the shortfall of £217 be paid TODAY Insolvent Company – Avoid!!Having Raised an issue regarding a refund which has not been paid since November 2021 they now claim that the airline is dealing with it. Absolute nonsense as this was over 18 months ago. They lie constantly and have NO intention of refunding. I can provide ALL evidence of their FRAUD upon request..There can only be one reason and that is the company is insolvent and trading illegally. They have stolen £400 from me using deception advertising a flight which did not exist… Do not use Opodo !!!!!
