5 stars for your service colleague who helped me perfectly and politely. Opodo is not recommend by me. I experienced improper conduct. I was once offered to book a flexible ticket with extra charge instrad of the basic one I had chosen before. So I booked flexible. When I wanted to change the flight I was informed that I only can get help to change the flight. Flexibility was not booked. Would you mind if I call this a fraudulent business scheme?
