Today is 11/06/2022, my flight on Royal Jordanian 263 to Chicago was fine and arrived on time, however, my connecting flight on American Airlines to Detroit from Chicago O’Hare got canceled due to high winds. I purchased OOJO Travel Care Service for $178.90 (confirmation number 3714103) and so I called them to get rebooked on the next flight, I was told by OOJO customer service to either AA or Royal Jordanian. Why did I purchase damn insurance for such a thing? Please do yourself a favor and skip this scam insurance.
