I have just come out of hospital after a lengthy stay and going through my bank information on line, found that four monthly payments had been taken from my credit card account to top up my mobile phone. This has not happened.I telephoned ontopup.com and was told by a European, that he couldn’t help me without me giving him a lot more information like the long number on the front and the code digits on the back. I refused so he said that he couldn’t help but did give me the name and address of head office which is, surestream digital and have an address in Windsor. I have been in touch with my bank to ensure that no further payments were taken and I now have to try to get my money back. This company to my mind is a SCAM.
