Absolutely crap company. They wouldn’t transfer my son’s top up EE after I accidentally topped up his old network to giff gaff. My son has kept his old giff gaff number but got his number transferred to EE over 1 month ago. Your stupid customer service online wouldn’t sort this out for me. Scammers the lot of them.
