Harassing for weeks with email saying payment was late even though its their system that won’t accept the payment not an issue with my bank. Emails got threatening like pay now or charges will be increased. Don’t give these scam artists your details.Update 13/06/23Just recieved another email threatening increased charges and debt collectors (for an item that hasn’t even been dispatched and they are threatening to dispatch it anyway even without payment) . If you don’t close the account and apologise within 24 hours I’m reporting it to trading standard. This is harassment and blackmail.
