Is this a scam company? I was provided a “free trial” by another company after a purchase and signed up. I then read some reviews about the fabric and realised these wouldn’t be for me. I quickly tried to cancel and was advised I couldn’t yet as I had to wait for my free pair of boxers to come, then I could cancel with no charge.The boxers came, I cancelled and had confirmation of this from the staff it was cancelled and no charge would be applied. A few weeks later I was subsequently charged. I have emailed, messaged on Facebook and Instagram requesting a refund to absolutely NO response.To say I am beyond disgusted doesn’t cut it. As far as I am concerned this is a scam company.
