Can I have a big portion of humble pie?I commented that this was a scam, as they sayings go ‘nothing is free’ and ‘if it sounds too good to be true….’. I was very sceptical regarding the free pair. However, I received a message from Royal Mail regarding a parcel from Onthatass and 2days later a free pair did arrive. I was going to send them back having cancelled my membership, and the response from the customer service team did confirm my membership has been cancelled in line with the T&Cs, it said I could keep the ‘freebie’.I have to say, I’m impressed with the pants. Very comfortable, washed in accordance to the label and all seems ok. I would recommend Onthatass pants and although the process is a bit sketchy, it seems they are a genuine company. Can’t help but be weary when had their identity used for fraudulent transactions previously.So my apologies to Onthatass.
