SCAMMERS! After being given the total price for the flights, got a notification saying it will be $50 more. Thought we managed to cancel it being processed but then got charged $400 more then what the original price was even though we didn’t accept the new charge of $50. Then another 2 transactions come out within 30mins of the first one. Tried to chat online, spoke to a person for an hour only to be told to try again in an hour. Spoke to the next person and they repeated the same info back to me that it won’t be cancels or refunded, too bad. Tried to continue the conversation only to be sent back to a bot. Everytime I tried to reconnect to a person I was sent back to a bot 5 more times. These people are stealing from people that do not deserve this and that cannot afford this. Once in a lifetime trip for us to get away and now we can’t afford it anymore as we were ripped off.
