SCAM SCAM SCAM….Omg….I wish I read these reviews before I tried booking a ticket from them. We were denied boarding 6people and are out of $10099.99. Have been calling to get my refund I have been hanged up on , promised call backs ,sometimes agents are sleep on the job,rude very bad customer service. I would never recommend anyone to book a ticket from them just in case you were to get an emergency. Been going back and forth and don’t seem like I will be getting any of that money back. Was at first told i would get $1300 bcak, then 2800 then 3800 looked on refund status check it stated airline refunded $7800 but they are telling me they can only give me 3800. Even the 3800 its been since 01/2023 iam still getting a run around of call back in 24hrs everyday.Currently going to post all over social media platforms and get a lawyer. As much as we fly every 3months with other agencies so far worst experience ever that I would never wish on any human being.with all these bad reviews definately I will initiate fbi investigations for scam
