Ordered a washing machine on 3.8.2023. I received a confirmation email, followed by another with a delivery date of 9.9.23. I have received nothing although payment was taken from my bank immediately. No response to emails. Tracking number does not work and courier also does not reply to emails. THIS IS SO OBVIOUSLY A SCAM. I HAVE RAISED A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK. Incidentally, the positive reviews on this site have glaring grammatical errors and I would suggest that they were not written by anyone with English as a first language.
