I signed up for OkX and level 1 kyc gave access to 100k in deposits and 100k in withdrawals. Apparently they changed it to 5k withdrawals tonight without any notice and now they will not release my funds unless I do a full KYC with them. If I knew they were going to change the withdrawal limit to 5k, I would have never signed up in the first place. It’s even worse that they baited users onto their platform, changed the terms without notifying clients, and now they are holding our funds hostage. This is straight up a bait and switch which is 100% fraudulent and illegal.
